This perennial marvel flowers from early-to-mid summer and even into late summer and autumn with repeat blooms. Deadhead it to keep it looking tidy, but blooms will keep coming without your help. At 10-12 inches tall, ‘Rose Marvel’ is perfect for a border, container, or garden where its potent color can shine. With the largest flowers of any pink Salvia nemorosa on the market consider planting it with Delphinium, daylilies, Echinacea, and other Salvia. This hardy native plant is a reliable easy-care perennial that thrives in a full sun location (will tolerate partial light shade) in average, well-drained soil. Water regularly until established, thereafter it is drought tolerant. Hardy in zones 4-9, it can be grown as an annual in colder areas. A pollinator favorite, deer, and rabbits stay away.
